Alright, so, my parents simply won't let me sleep over at a friend's house because they don't trust them. and also because my mom is paranoid about random stoopid things:
me getting raped
killed
lost
or starving
but most of all, my parents won't let me go because "they're white".
i know, that's totally out of the blue, and makes no damn sense! i want to go because my friend has never had a friend ever since she was in 5th grade, i'm her first friend since then, it's so unfair, because we've moved only 3 years ago, and this is the first time i've ever felt comfortable with a person around my age group. sure i had sleepovers at my cousin's house many times, but, i ALWAYS felt uncomfortable, they were all several years older than i.
what would u guys do in my situation? for right now, i'm rebelling, giving them the silent treatment, so far doing that has made my mom laugh in my face and my dad pissed as hell at me, but my mom gave in a tiny bit allowing me to only stay there for a day, and come back home right away at night.
